Alpha Aviation Academy

Launched in 2008, Alpha Aviation Academy (AAA) UAE is a leading Aviation Training provider and currently the largest Multi-crew Pilot License (MPL) facility in the Region located at Sharjah International Airport.

Alpha Aviation Academy is managed by Air Arabia. AAA uses state of the art facilities (based in Sharjah UAE) for training of all Cadet Pilots by a multinational of highly experienced and qualified instructors AAA aims to provide the very best training by working closely with our Customers and partners, identifying key areas of development. We offer a holistic training experience, covering the entire process from start to finish. Our MPL training program is fully supported and promoted by International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), ICAO recognize that MPL training is airline relevant, using the latest methodology, the most technically advanced aircraft simulators and experienced airline training instructors. AAA’s MPL is fully approved by UAE General Civil Aviation Authorities.

Our MPL training program is unique in the region which attracts highly motivated individuals from all over the World who have the passion to achieve highly rewarding career in aviation.

• 1,500 hours of flight experience on the Airbus A320 with Air Arabia on a successful completion of MPL training

The first batch started in 2009, we have achieved the mark of 270 graduates who are currently flying Airbus 320 with Air Arabia. In 2017 the first graduates have upgraded to Captain.
