Airlines Eurowings announces new USA connections from Düsseldorf

New in the route network are flights between Düsseldorf and New York. Daily flights, except Tuesdays, will connect the capital of North Rhine-Westphalia with the Big Apple. First flight day is the 28 April 2018. Furthermore, new routes from Düsseldorf to Miami and Fort Myers will commence in early May 2018. Both destinations will be served 3 times a week. While Miami will be flown on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, Fort Myers will be connected with Germany on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. All routes were served by AirBerlin until their insolvency in 2017. The Lufthansa low-cost subsidiary Eurowings will use Airbus A330-300 and Airbus A340-300 aircraft, operated by Brussels Airlines. The new flights are part of the airline´s ongoing expansion of low-cost flights on long haul. Recently, Eurowings commenced flights from Düsseldorf to Punta Cana.
