The Supervisory Board of Deutsche Lufthansa AG has approved an investment framework of around EUR 1 billion for the purchase and leasing of p to 61 aircraft, including 41 Airbus A320 Family aircraft and 20 Dash 8 Q400.
Air Berlin' Supervisory Board has given information about the current status of the bidding negotiations for the sale of the company. The airline will focus on negotiations with Lufthansa and Easyjet. The aim of the talks that will continue until 12 October 2017 is to take over parts of Air Berlin.

The first Airbus A320 aircraft to be produced at the Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Facility in Mobile, Alabama, has flown for the first time.
