General Aviation Embraer delivers 600th Phenom 300 business jet

Embraer has released, that it has delivered the 600th Phenom 300 business jet.

Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer was able to reach a new milestone for its Phenom 300 aircraft family. The company has recently delivered aircraft number 600, representing the popularity of the aircraft with operators around the world.

Superior Capital Holdings, a company based in Fayetteville Arkansas, is the customer of the aircraft. Recently, the Phenom 300 became the best-selling light jet for the ninth consecutive year and the most delivered twinjet of 2020.

The Phenom 300 was originally launched by Embraer back in 2005. Since then, the global fleet has accumulated more than 1.2 million flights hours with operators from more than 35 countries across the globe.

The aircraft´s recent iteration, the Phenom 300E, features the latest technological advantages, a state-of-the-art cabin and good operational performance. The Phenom 300E is capable of flying with speeds of 464 knots and has a range of 2,010 nautical miles with reserves.

Customer Superior Capital Holdings has been previously operating with a single engine turboprop aircraft. This new Phenom 300E for the company will open up a new market and will enhance the profitability of the business.

Regarding the technological advantages, Embraer wrote: “Additional technology enhancements include an avionics upgrade, featuring a runway overrun awareness and alerting system (ROAAS)―the first technology of its kind to be developed and certified in business aviation―as well as predictive windshear, Emergency Descent Mode, PERF, TOLD, and FAA Datacom, among others. The Phenom 300E also features 4G connectivity via Gogo AVANCE L5.“
