The new parts warehouse is located at Essendon Fields Airport, North of Melbourne but in the Southern part of the country. It was opened in co-operation with Premiair Aviation Maintenance Pty Ltd, a Textron Aviation Authorized Service Facility.

With this new warehouse, Textron Aviation seeks to support its fleet of business jets, turboprop aircraft and piston aircraft. The company especially wants to strengthen and support the regional fleet growth in Australia.

“With Premiair established as our new ASF for Australia, we are enhancing our regional parts availability. This represents another step in our ongoing commitment to Textron Aviation aircraft owners in Australia and across the Asia-Pacific region,” said Brad Thress, senior vice president of Parts and Programs at Textron Aviation.

Paul Montauban, managing director of Premiair Aviation added: “Adding this new parts facility to Textron Aviation’s support capabilities increases its level of customer service for Beechcraft, Cessna and Hawker aircraft in the region [...] Customer Service is why our customers come to us, so providing spare parts delivery – shipped the same day in most instances – is another way to ensure comprehensive support.”

Textron Aviation stated, that operators, customers, channel partners and MROs will be able to have the option to purchase factory parts directly through the e-commerce website of the manufacturer. The parts will be then shipped locally from Essendon.

Recently, Textron Aviation opened a new parts warehouse in Singapore, in order to better serve the customer needs in the Asia-Pacific region. This latest addition underlines the ambitions of the manufacturer to offer the best possible service to its customers.
