Industry Embraer extends pool agreement with LOT
Aircraft manufacturer Embraer has announced, that it has extended the pool agreement with LOT.
The fleet of Poland´s main carrier will be supported over the course of this agreement. 34 Embraer E-Jets will fall under the extension deal.
With the component support solution, LOT will benefit from using Embraer´s exclusive pool of engine line-replaceable units (LRUs) for the E190/195s. The airline will furthermore have an exclusive on-site stock from Embraer.
Currently, LOT operates with a fleet of 18 Embraer E170/175s and up to 16 Embraer E190/195s. The deal includes the six additional E195s that LOT leased from Nordic Aviation Capital this year and also the four E190 that will be joining LOT´s fleet from January 2019.

LOT Polish Airlines is the flag carrier of Poland and has its Headquarters in Warsaw. Its fleet consists of 13 Boeing 737s, including four 737 MAX 8s, 11 B787s, three CRJ900s, 12 Dash 8-400s, as well as 18 Embraer E170/175s and up to 16 Embraer E190/195s. LOT flies to 94 destinations in 43 countries. The carrier was established in 1928 and is member of the Star Alliance.
