The aircraft is due to be delivered to Acropolis Aviation of the United Kingdom in the fourth quarter of 2018. A second aircraft will be delivered to Swiss operator Comlux this year as well.

Airbus said, that the final assembly of the world´s first ACJ320neo is marking a new era in Airbus Corporate Jets. The new aircraft features the largest cabin in its class and is being powered by state-of-the-art engines and Sharklets to reduce fuel consumption. The aircraft´s enhancements will save up to 15 percent in fuel and will deliver a longer range.

Based is the ACJ320neo on Airbus´ most successful aircraft series ever, the A320 Family.

15% more cabin volume than its direct competitors will be available in the ACJ320neo, while having similar operational costs.

The ACJ320neo can accommodate up to 25 passengers and is capable of flying 13 hours non-stop, or 11,100km. This enables customers to fly between Moscow and Los Angeles, or from London to Beijing or Cape Town without a fuel stop. Airbus´ smaller version of the ACJ320neo, the ACJ319neo will be able to fly eight passengers for 15 hours on a route up to 12,500km.

Airbus stated: “ACJ320neo Family differences from airliner variants include a cargo hold that is reinforced to carry additional centre tanks (ACTs) for intercontinental range, built-in airstairs for airport autonomy, and a lower cabin altitude for passenger comfort.”

To date, three ACJ319neo and six ACJ320neo have been ordered, bringing the overall orders to nine ACJ neo aircraft. In general, Airbus delivered over 190 ACJ aircraft to customers worldwide.
