Industry Nordic Aviation Capital orders two Bombardier Dash 8 Q-400

The Canadian aircraft manufacturer Bombardier has announced, that a firm purchase agreement has been made for two Dash 8 Q-400 aircraft with Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) in September 2017. According to Bombardier, “NAC will lease these two Q400 aircraft to Jambojet Ltd, based in Nairobi, Kenya”.

Industry Bombardier signs letter of intent with Egypt Air for up to 24 CS300

Bombardier announced during Dubai Air Show that it has signed a letter of intent (LOI) for up to 24 CS300 aircraft with Egypt Air. The deal includes 12 CS300 aircraft and purchase rights for an additional 12 aircraft.

Industry European customer orders 31 C-Series

A European airline has signed a letter of intent (LOI) to order 31 C-Series aircraft, with options for additional 30 aircraft. The deal will be agreed by the end of this year.

Industry Airbus takes majority in Bombardier's CSeries

Airbus and Bombardier are to become partners on the CSeries aircraft programme. A corresponding agreement was signed on Monday. The European multinational aircraft manufacturer acquires a 50,01% stake in CSeries Aircraft Limited Partnership (CSALP). Bombardier and Investissement Québec (IQ) will own approximately 31% and 19% respectively.

Airports Swiss C Series makes first flight into London City

The Bombardier C Series CS100 completed its first revenue service into London City Airport with a flight by Swiss International Airlines from Zurich, Bombardier Commercial Aircraft announced Tuesday.
