Airlines Condor and Eurowings may operate long-haul flights from Düsseldorf
Some days after struggling Air Berlin has announced the end of its long haul flights to the Caribbean, two major German carriers plan to fill the gap at Düsseldorf Airport.
Airlines easyJet in talks with Air Berlin
Several newspaper report, British low-cost carrier easyJet is in talks to buy assets from insolvent German carrier Air Berlin. EasyJet declined to comment on this matter.
Airlines Lufthansa transfers five A380 from Frankfurt to Munich
Lufthansa has announced to transfer five of its 14 Airbus A380 from Frankfurt/Main to its Munich hub. Starting in summer 2018 the aircraft will operate flights to the long-haul destinations Los Angeles, Hong Kong and Beijing.
